Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Department of Building Materials and Structural Engineering
Lublóy Éva Eszter is a professor at the Budapest University of Technology. She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2001. She obtained her degree in civil engineering in 2001, became a concrete technologist in 2010, and a fire protection designer in 2011. She earned her PhD in 2008, habilitated in 2016, and defended her doctoral thesis at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 2022. Her main research areas are fire protection and non-destructive material testing (using CT). She has been involved in material testing with CT since 2010.

At LabShare Ltd., I lead the IT research and development. The often-mentioned combination of artificial intelligence and material technology holds many exploitable opportunities. Through this, material testing, which was previously slow and required many manual steps, can now appear as a scalable solution on our service palette with the proper software support.
Retired Engineer Lieutenant
Colonel
Tibor Véghelyi is a retired engineer lieutenant colonel. He graduated from the Zalka Máté Military College in 1983, specializing in vehicle engineering, and worked as a repair workshop commander at the Nagy Sándor Signal Regiment until 1987, followed by the Budapest University of Technology’s Department of Vehicle Engineering. Between 1989 and 2006, he was a project leader at the Institute of Military Technology of the Ministry of Defence and later became the deputy head of the Mechanical Engineering Department. In 1992, he earned a second degree in economics.
After the dissolution of the institute, from 2007 to 2011, he was the creator, operator, and lead expert of the business model and certification site for the global knowledge center in pyrotechnics and blasting technology at TÜV Rheinland InterCert NB1008. Since 2011, he has been an independent engineer, working on industrial development, investment projects, and blasting technology expertise with TamCert and later QTICS Group projects. He has been the president of the Hungarian Association of Blasting Technology since 2015. He has been involved in material testing projects using CT since 2021.
Managing Director of Labshare and Chairman of the Board of Directors at QTICS GROUP
He graduated as an electrical engineer and economist. After university, he started in the semiconductor industry, where he built the engineering, sales, and marketing organization as the first leader of the Italian-French company STMicroelectronics, aiming to develop and serve a regional multinational client base.
Following this, he was entrusted with the general management of the Hungarian company as the managing director of the American company Chesterton, while also holding the position of regional industrial sealing manager for the group. In 2010, he joined the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry and was appointed as the managing director for Hungary and the CEE regional deputy CEO at the German company TÜV Rheinland. Under his leadership, TÜV Rheinland became a market leader in Hungary and advanced to become a center for numerous international innovations.
Even at the large German multinational, he attempted to encourage internal start-ups. His experimental and complex thinking helped him to start and co-own several ventures from 2015, all operating in the TIC industry. He organized his companies, along with like-minded ones, into the QTICS Group. This group’s goal is to prove the most comprehensive experiment of Zoltán and his associates’ business philosophy to date:

Materials Researcher
I am part of the materials research group at Labshare Ltd. My primary focus is on studying the combustion and degradation of various construction materials under heat exposure, using laboratory tests, digital image analysis, and simulations. Our work helps establish compatibility between material testing using digital image analysis and traditional laboratory material testing.
Research and Development Specialist
At LabShare Ltd., I participate in IT research and development. I have been working for over 10 years on the examination of construction materials using medical imaging equipment. It is important to me to introduce the innovative advancements of digitalization and new technologies into civil engineering practices on as many fronts as possible. My goal is to make testing processes more efficient with modern software solutions and the latest imaging/image analysis technologies, thereby facilitating the achievement of fast and accurate results.
MTA doktora, Építőanyagok és Magasépítés Tanszék
Lubóy Éva Eszter a Budapesti Műszaki Egyetem profeszora. 2001-ben végzett a Budapesti Műszaki és Gydaságtudományi Egyetem Építőmérnöki Karán. 2001-ben diplomázott építőmérnökként, 2010-ben betontechnológusként és 2011-ben tűzvédelmi tervezőként , 2008-ban szerezte Phd címét, 2016-ban habilitált és 2022-ben védte meg MTA doktori értekezését. Fő kutatási területei a tűzvédelem és a roncsolás mentes anyagvizsgálatok (CT-vel). A CT-vel történő anyagvizsgálatokkal 2010 óta foglakozik.
A Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem docense
A LabShare Kft-nél én vezetem az informatikai kutatás-fejlesztést. A sokat emlegetett mesterséges intelligencia és az anyagtechnológia ötvözete rengeteg kiaknázható lehetőséget rejt. Ezen keresztül pedig a korábban lassú és sok manuális lépést igénylő anyagvizsgálati vizsgálatok a megfelelő szoftveres támogatáson keresztül jól skálázódó megoldásként jelenhetnek meg szolgáltatási palettánkon.
Nyugállományú mérnök alezredes
Véghelyi Tibor nyugállományú mérnök alezredes. 1983-ban végzett a Zalka Máté Katonai Főiskola járműgépész tanszékén, majd 1987-ig javítóműhely parancsnokként dolgozott a Nagy Sándor híradóezrednél, majd a a Budapesti Műszaki Egyetem járműmérnöki Karán. 1989 és 2006 között a Honvédelmi Minisztérium Haditechnikai Intézet témavezetője, később a gépészeti osztály vezető helyettese volt. 1992-ben másoddiplomázott szakközgazdászként.
Az intézet felszámolását követően 2007-től 2011-ig a TÜV Rheinland InterCert NB1008 piro- és robbantástechnikai globális tudásközpont üzleti modell és tanúsítóhely megalkotója, működtetője, vezető szakértője. 2011-től független mérnök, ipari fejlesztési és beruházási valamint robbantástechnikai szakértői területeken a TamCert, majd a QTICS Group projektjeiben. 2015 óta a Magyar Robbantástechnikai Egyesület elnöke. A CT-vel történő anyagvizsgálatok projektjével 2021óta foglalkozik.
A QTICS GROUP igazgatóságának elnöke
Villamosmérnökként és közgazdászként végzett. Az egyetemi évek után a félvezetőiparban kezdett, az olasz-francia STMicroelectronics mai szervezetének első vezetőjeként indulva építette fel a mérnöki, értékesítési és marketing szervezetet, a regionális multinacionális ügyfélkör fejlesztése és kiszolgálása céljával.
Ezt követően az amerikai Chesterton ügyvezető igazgatóként a magyarországi cég általános irányítását rá bízták, mellette a cégcsoport regionális industrial sealing menedzseri pozícióját is betöltve. 2010-ben került a TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) iparágba, a német TÜV Rheinland magyarországi ügyvezető igazgatói és CEE regionális vezérigazgató-helyettesi feladatait kapta meg. Vezetése alatt a TÜV Rheinland piacvezetővé vált Magyarországon és számos nemzetközi innováció központjává avanzsált.
Már a nagy német multinál is próbálozott azzal, hogy a belső induló vállalkozásokat ösztönözze. Kísérletező és összetett gondolkodásmódja segítette abban, hogy 2015-től több saját vállalkozást is indítson, illetve vegyen át társtulajdonosként, mely vállalatok mindegyike a TIC iparágban működik. Vállalatait hasonlóan gondolkodó cégekkel együtt a QTICS Group-ba szervezte, mely Csoport célja Zoltán és társai vállalkozásfilozófiájának eddigi legátfogóbb kísérlete igazolása:
„globális üzleti sikerrel bizonyítani a hálózatosan szerveződő, tudás megosztáson alapuló, intelligensen integráló üzleti megközelítés versenyképességét Ügyfeleink és Munkatársaink kedvére”
