Questions regarding registration

-What is the registration process?
Head to platform.thelabshare.com, follow the instructions, activate your profile via the activation link, then finalize it by filling your address an VAT number under my company menu.
-Can I register as a lab and as a customer at the same time?
Of course, every laboratory is a customer as well, and can book a test at another lab if the need arises.
-Are there any countries where registration is not possible from?
You can register from any country in the world, there are no restrictions.
-In which languages does LabShare offer customer service?
Currently we offer customer support in English and Hungarian.

Questions regarding subscription

-How does the subscription work?
Currently we offer three types of packages, Basic, Professional and Enterprise. For more info, please see our Terms & Conditions and our subscriptions page.
-How can I change my subscription plan?
In case you would like to upgrade your subscription plan, contact us via the platform’s contact form.
-What defines how much do I have to pay in case of Basic subscription?

-Who pays the service fee at LabShare?

Questions regarding data protection

-Will my data be visible to everyone when using the platform?
No, by default none of your data is shared with the other platform users.
-Who will/can see my data on the platform?
Your basic company data is revealed after a matchmaking to the customer/lab, and the admins can also see your company profile. Please note thatyour equipment free capacity is private to you and no one else can see them.
-What kind of data does LabShare store?
We only store your basic company data and the equipment description you upload and share. .
-What happens if I send my prototypes to a rival company’s lab?
LabShare is only responsible for the matchmaking.
-What does LabShare do to protect my data?
Our platform was tested by an accredited CyberSecurity lab and withstood OWASP penetration testing and is also protected by Google via their servers.

Questions regarding RFQ (Request For Quotation)

-If I see only one available equipment as search result, do I have to choose and accept that?
No, you do not have to, you can decide however you see fit.
-In case of a matchmaking, do I contract with LabShare or with the customer/lab?
We use the same platform worldwide, and as a result let companies use their own contracting policy.So, you will be asked to contract your testing seeker/provider “offline” based on the good old way you are used to.
-Are the offers sent via LabShare binding?
No, they are non-binding offers.We use the same platform worldwide, and as a result let companies use their own documentation/contractingprocess and policy.
-If I accepted an offer, can I change its details or cancel it?
You cannot make changes in the offer, but you can cancel it. In this case, pay attention to the cancellation period as you may have to pay for the test in case you cancel it too late.

Questions regarding platform usage

-If I do not see the equipment or test type I am looking for, what can I do?
At the platform, go to the help menu, contact us, select “Test type request” as subject and let us know so we can start working on adding it.
-Can I offer services other than testing currently?
We use the same platform worldwide, and as a result let companies use their own contracting policy.So, you will be asked to contract your testing seeker/provider “offline” based on the good old way you are used to.Currently you can only offer testing services, but we are constantly working around the clock to add new features.

Questions regarding warranty

-Does LabShare provide any warranty regarding the execution of the tests?
No, LabShare is only responsible for connecting labs with customers.

Questions regarding the rating system

-How does the online laboratory audit work?
LabShare sends a standardized questionnaire (called online audit) based on the ISO 17025 standard containing system and profession related questions,and our expert colleagues will evaluate the answers based on anobjective evaluation system.
-How does the rating system work?
Your lab is given a default rating in each category based on the evaluation of your questionnaire. This default rating is in effect until the fifth matchmaking after which yourmarket feedback replaces it.
